This clean 356 comes out of Hi Speed Customs in Tucson, AZ. The brushed 15×5 C Models really complete the look of this car.
This version of our C model is made to run with or without hub caps. We show it here in full ceramic silver.
We have just completed the A model to accept the baby moon caps from Stoddard and NLA. Shown in these pics is a 16×4.5 with a 38mm offset. Shown below in brushed center and polished rim. The tabs are held on by screws so they can be removed and you can run the wheels without the cap.
Here are some pics of an original 1955 Spyder car #15 that was restored by Boyd Coddington of Hot Rods by Boyd in 1986 and then went on to debut at the 14th Annual Monterey Historic Automobile Races in August 1987. The car was completely tore down and restored. This car came with a louvered belly pan that was hammered pretty bad so the customer decided to have it rebuilt to exact spec by hand by none other than metal master Marcel DeLay.
